✅Half of the roofing is completed ( 45 of 90 buildings)

✅Siding portion of the project started this past Monday.

✅On track to complete by October/November

This is the largest project we have contracted here at Capital Construction and are beyond happy with the progress we are making. This project is very complex with many trades to complete which is why we have our multifamily job supervisor on site 💯% of the time to keep the work flow moving.

The roofing is halfway done and is going very smoothly with very clean jobsites. Siding started this past Monday. Gutters, painting, screens to follow shortly.
