Project Consultant/Sales Representative

FULL TIME Position at position in 501 Travelers Trail Burnsville , 55337

As a Project Manager, some of your functions will include: locating new customers that qualify for an insurance funded roof, siding, window and gutter replacement. Selling the customer on the value that you and Capital Construction have to offer and signing them. Walk around inspections with homeowners. Photographing and documenting damages and/or issues Meeting with insurance adjusters. Completing work orders and collecting payment. It is a "Carpe Diem" kind of job. This positions compensation is based on your hard work and efforts. We will provide all the training and support you need to succeed! Please note, this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Experience Requirements

• A valid drivers license and a dependable clean vehicle with the ability to transport a ladder

• Ability to safely climb and inspect roofs

• A smart phone with camera or separate camera is required.
