Junior Multifamily Coordinator

​Our dynamic and motivated Multifamily division is seeking a sales minded, knowledgeable and  committed Multifamily Junior Coordinator to join their fast paced team.  Due to our rapid growth and projected sales , we have created this new position to learn the basics of Multifamily Exterior Restoration sales and to provide in-office and jobsite support to our Multifamily Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Multifamily Coordinators to open new territories/accounts by prospecting via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
• Assist team with assembling proposals for clients and ensuring all sales call logs are updated as needed.
• Work with the current Multifamily Coordinators to educate and present clients with appropriate roofing solutions.
• Build and develop key relationships with the local apartment communities by calling on existing and prospective customers.
• Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and apartment association and sales meetings.
• Manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through both consultative and relationship selling techniques.
• Proactively network for new customer contacts by regularly attending local association meetings and functions. (MHA,CAI,CIC, ETC) as directed.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Capital Construction and its services throughout the multifamily industry.
• Educate and support current clients through resident sponsored events.
• Traverse roofs to perform required inspections for our Multifamily Coordinators
• Assist with estimating for Request For Proposals (RFPs), taking accurate measurements and pictures, providing recommended solutions.
• Responsible for updating Multifamily Coordinator(s) on schedule and any changes that may occur, also ensuring accurate and updated photos are completed throughout the project.
• Conducting UAS (drone) operations at our multifamily construction sites.
• Assisting with the editing and delivery of construction photography and videography content produced in UAS (drone) operations.
• Additional job duties as assigned by management and as the department grows.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a same or similar position
• Sales experience a plus
• Multifamily housing experience preferred
• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of a jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
• Must be able to travel throughout the metro area

Desired Skills

• Experience using the following software is desired: Acculynx, Loveland and Report and Run
• UAS (drone) experience or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license
• General knowledge of roofing and siding or willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Valid Driver's License
• FAA Part 107 License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
• Proven ability to maintain budget and production schedule
• Proficient in G suites and Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly
• Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

40 with overtime possible
