Due to our projected sales and rapid growth, we are seeking to add two additional sales minded and driven Multifamily Coordinators to the team.

We are centrally located in Burnsville, Minnesota; but we serve all of the Twin City Metro Area and beyond. We have a newly designed, 15,000 square foot office space which includes a 6,000 square foot warehouse, and a state-of-the-art sales room. Responsibilities

  • Open new territories/accounts by prospecting via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals
  • Understand client needs and provide client service excellence
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle
  • Assemble proposals for clients
  • Educate and present clients with appropriate roofing solutions
  • Maintain proposal and sales call logs, email updates weekly
  • Maintain awareness, and proactively understand competitive activity in the roofing industry and continually evaluate our marketing, pricing and selling strategies
  • Build and develop relationships with the local apartment communities by calling on existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate new business with various end users including on site staff at apartment communities as well as key decision makers at property management companies.
  • Develop key customer relationships to help facilitate growth in our market and build goodwill.
  • Proactively network for new customer contacts by regularly attending local association meetings and functions. (MHA,CAI,CIC, ETC)
  • Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan.
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and apartment association and sales meetings.
  • Manage and maintain contacts with established customers and source new business through both consultative and relationship selling techniques.
  • Manage sales contact requests for our clients and provide follow up on leads.
  • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Capital Construction and its services throughout the multifamily industry.
  • Educate and support current clients through resident sponsored events.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships by focusing on the needs of the existing client base.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the services offered by Property Solution
  • A phone will need to be answered at all hours.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR At least three to five years of related experience required.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of a jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel throughout the metro area
