The homeowners of this Eagan house were introduced to John Hope when their next door neighbors were working with him to get their roof replaced.
They were impressed by John and Capital Construction and decided to work with John as well!
They chose to install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration series shingles in the color Onyx Black.

An employee of Capital Construction voiced their concern about their roofs condition in late summer. Jay Busch was hand-selected to handle the project due to his craftsmanship and experience. Once adjusters agreed on damage, it was off to the races to get them their new roof.
The replacement was completed with GAF Timberline HDZ in the Pewter Gray colorway. Alongside the roof, the fascia and soffit also got replaced. We are so pleased with Jay’s attention to detail on this project! There is nothing like taking care of a fellow Capital employee.

Facing storm damage to their roofing and siding, homeowners decided to change things up this time around with their exterior design. Gabriel Antiel was the perfect man for the job.
Moving away from their damaged wood shake siding, homeowners decided on Exterior Portfolio Market Square in the color Carbon. The roofing was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal. Overall, these two remodels gave this home an entirely different look… and it is beautiful!

Due to storm damage, homeowners contacted Capital Construction for a home makeover. Cody Mulder was assigned the job and did an excellent job with the work and communication.
The roof replacement was done with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the Shakewood colorway. The siding was fitted with new LP Smartside Expert Finish in the beautiful Timberland Suede colorway. In the end, this home looks completely different from before. Capital to the rescue again!

This beautiful brick home was modernized with dark accents.
The roof was replaced with a dark gray, almost black shingles from GAF. Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal.
Then, Pella windows were installed. The homeowner chose the Lifestyle windows with a Black exterior finish on the front of the house and a White interior finish.

Hail damaged this home’s roof. The roof was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal!
Then, the homeowners wanted to modernize the look of their home AND install a more protective product to withstand the harsh Minnesota elements.
They created a rendering with the project consultant.
They decided to bring this vision to life using Exterior Portfolio Market Square vinyl lap siding in the color Slate on the sides and back of the home.
This is a common phenomenon we call the Minnesota Mullet. It’s when the front of the home is hardboard siding and the sides and back of the home are vinyl! This is a great option if you want to up your curb appeal, but you don’t want to empty your pockets doing so!
For the front of the home, they chose to go with LP Smartside. On the lower parts of the home, the lap siding was installed, and on the gables and higher points of the home, they chose Board & Batten. The color for these materials is Midnight Shadow.
