A Northfield resident, born and raised, Andy Rezac has been working at Capital Construction for around four years now. Before this, he worked alongside his brother, Jeff Rezac, owning and operating a remodeling franchise across Florida, Kansas, and Minnesota. After they sold it, Andy found Capital, where he only expected to be at for about six months. He quickly realized how good of a fit it was and has stuck around to contribute to the on-going growth. He even convinced his brother to join as a project consultant soon after his own start.

His first two years were spent primarily on the residential end of the company, where he was a project consultant. During his third year, he was selected to become a multi-family account manager. Today, he works within this team to build HOA connections and secure contracts.

Andy is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt elk and fish. He also has three children that he loves to spend time with. His two boys are starting college this year, one of whom is older and played two years of junior hockey prior to this. His daughter is the youngest and will start high school in the fall.
