As lead estimator, Cam Jauss has a big role at Capital Construction. Since joining in April of 2021, he has been leading our estimation department since his start and is often the source for answers among many positions in the office. He is very experienced, with a degree in both structural engineering and construction management and numerous past jobs that carry relevance as well. Some of these jobs include carpentry, field engineering, and production.

Working closely with different departments at Capital has allowed Cam to make friends all over the office. His favorite part about Capital Construction is the culture, which promotes relationship building with co-workers and consideration of their work. To Cam, the way that the staff communicates across departments makes the business feel symbiotic. It is the sense that he is doing something bigger than himself that keeps Cam coming into the office each day.

Outside of work, Cam likes to spend time on his family's land or build his rare coin collection.
