Cole Quinnell comes from a strong background in construction. Growing up, his father owned a remodeling construction company in the south metro. Cole worked there for years learning the ins and outs of construction and remodeling. In his early twenties, he took a leap of faith and went to work with a friend doing storm restoration nationwide, kicking off his career in this industry. 

Since the start of Capital Construction in 2011, Cole has been by our side the whole way. He spent his first three years starting the production department at Capital and working hard to make sure it ran smoothly for the future. After this, he transitioned to sales where he worked his way up to being a sales manager for four years. Today, he is responsible for 40 people beneath him as the vice president of sales.

For the last decade, he has focused on his work locally in Minnesota so he could start a family. His pride and joy are his children Greyson (10) and Asher (6).
