Another southern Minnesota native, Colton Ward, has been in the construction management field for almost 10 years now. He earned a degree in building trades technology at Lake Area Technical College. Soon after this, he moved to begin working on custom home builds in South Dakota. At the start of Capital Construction's rapid growth in 2016, Colton switched gears to become a project manager here. Today, he is a senior project consultant and a great role model for newer sales employees joining the team.

One of his favorite parts of the job is helping homeowners navigate the insurance claim process and ensuring that clients receive fair settlements. When he isn't helping homeowners, Colton is with his wife and daughter. His favorite thing to do is fish and relax by the water.
