Logan grew up in Mankato, MN, and possesses a unique past that consists of entrepreneurship, business development, employee development, and construction experience. His father was a career salesman for a roofing, siding, and window company, where he also worked on a siding crew for 2 years. His mother was a graphics designer for children's books and managed a real estate portfolio with her brother, Garth.

In 2013, Logan took on the role of director of maintenance and assistant manager of his family's real estate portfolio. With dedication and teamwork, their portfolio has grown to 350+ apartments to date.

With over a decade and a half of steady growth in his family's portfolio, Logan saw a need for a top-tier building services company to provide services for not just his family's properties but for the entire Southern Minnesota region. In 2015, Logan started KB Cleaning & Services, which quickly grew to be one of Southern Minnesota's top preferred service providers. From 2015 to 2022, they provided janitorial services, carpet cleaning, painting, lawn care, and snow removal to thousands of commercial and residential customers in Southern Minnesota.

In 2022, Logan decided to sell his company, relocate to the Minneapolis area, and embark on a new career path that consists of a new journey with new goals. At the start of 2024, Logan decided to join Capital Construction and dedicate his unique set of professional skills and experience as our relationship development manager.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending as much time as he can on the golf course. He is married to his high school sweetheart and spends the majority of his time with his wife, four kids, and two dogs: Kayden, Mila, Brixton, Georgie, Ace, and Benji.
