Born and raised in Prior Lake, Minnesota, Paige Neubauer has been a part of the Capital Construction team for about ten months. Sami Gackle, a friend of Paige's from high school and a Capital Construction employee, originally introduced Paige to Katie Bergeson. It was shortly after that she was offered a position. 

Before this, she spent time in Texas going to school for a degree in Business Administration A.A.S. from San Antonio College. On top of her degree, she has versatile experience as an assistant manager of a bakery, waitress, sales representative, and coach for a fitness and nutrition shop. These positions helped Paige develop her passion for nutrition, fitness, and holistic health.

Today, Paige spends her time supporting the production and accounting teams. She finds great pleasure in those working around her and truly enjoys her role. One of the reasons Paige fits in so well is that she prides herself on being an authentic, hard-working, and strong person that others can lean on. When she is not working, Paige likes to listen to country music, lift weights / workout, and do anything outdoors with her dog, River, and her boyfriend.
