This home is outfitted with the Minnesota Mullet. This phenomenon we have only seen here in the great state of Minnesota! It's when the front of the home is hardboard siding and the sides and back of the home are vinyl! This is a great option if you want to up your curb appeal, but you don't want to empty your pockets doing so!
It worked well for this home, when hail cam through the area, only 3 sides of this home were damaged. The front of the home, protected by hardboard siding was left looking almost new.
As for the damaged 3 sides, Royal Estate vinyl siding in the color Harvard Slate was installed to match the front.
