Amazing crew!!
I recently had Capital to compete a roof project for my townhome association and the crew did an incredible job! Not only does our roofs look beautiful the entire crew who come out were fantastic. They had a system down pat and worked hard and efficient to get the work done. I would highly recommend Capital and their crew. Josie Flicek who works with them was also exceeded my needs. Hail storm damage
We had an extended involvement with Capital Construction because of damage to our home from two hailstorms (2020 and 2022). Jeff Rezac was our project manager and worked closely with us to get appropriate and competent repairs/replacements for our siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and eventually our roof. We had significant delays for the roofing portion of our project, but Capital, with Jeff and Cole Quinell being supportive and going to bat for us with our insurance company, was able to get the appropriate work completed for us. We are pleased with their work, and their follow-through with the project. We also appreciate the guarantee they provide, for their work, going forward. I would highly recommend Capital Constructionl

Capital did a fantastic job on our home, Blair Quinnell was our project manager and he went above and beyond in getting this project completed beyond or expectations. I would recommend Capital and Blair to anyone that needs home repairs.

Capital Construction for the Win
Capital Construction recently replaced the shingles on the roof of my home, garage, and screen house and did a fantastic job. Having just completed my neighbor's roof, they came over and offered to give me a free estimate. As there had been damage to many homes in the neighborhood due to a previously occurring hail storm, I agreed to the estimate. The Capital Construction Project Consultant, Mathew Walter, showed up and did his initial assessment of the damage. He was on time, transparent, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He offered to reach out to my insurance company and did all the leg-work and communicating with them so that I barely had to worry about any of the details. He came over multiple times, called and texted me to keep me in the loop as to the process, time-table and financial details. On the day that the crew showed up to do the replacement, they were right on time, hard-working, and respectful. Not only that, but they did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with Capital Construction, Mathew Walter, and the work they did for us. I would definitely call them again if I needed work done on my house. Great Experience!
I had a Great Experience with Capital Construction! They were out the same day the hail storm occurred to assess the damage. They ended up replacing windows, gutters and shingles! The finished work was top notch! I worked with Hoa! He was extremely knowledgable and had great communication throughout the entire process. Thanks!
Roof Replacement through Insurance
My wife and I worked with Justin K at Capital Construction after a hail storm had damaged our roof. Justin came out right away and personally reviewed everything the insurance had inspected, he even went up in our attic and found that we also needed the roof to be re-decked when the insurance inspectors didn't even think to look there. He went through each line item with me to make sure I understood the scope of the work. He kept us in the loop from beginning to end with no surprises.
