Cole Quinnell comes from a strong background in construction. Growing up, his father owned a remodeling construction company in the south metro. Cole worked there for years learning the ins and outs of construction and remodeling. In his early twenties, he took a leap of faith and went to work with a friend doing storm restoration nationwide, kicking off his career in this industry.
Since the start of Capital Construction in 2011, Cole has been by our side the whole way. He spent his first three years starting the production department at Capital and working hard to make sure it ran smoothly for the future. After this, he transitioned to sales where he worked his way up to being a sales manager for four years. Today, he is responsible for 40 people beneath him as the vice president of sales.
For the last decade, he has focused on his work locally in Minnesota so he could start a family. His pride and joy are his children Greyson (10) and Asher (6).
Very Happy with Capital Construction!
We've had Cole and Capital Construction repair our house twice and they do an excellent job! This last time was damage to our house due to hail. They took care of us quickly and Cole is great with communication. We will definitely use them again!
Beautiful roof
Cole worked with our insurance company to get us our roof with us just paying the deductible. Crew arrived on the day scheduled and worked long days to complete. Crew did a great job on the roof and the clean up.
Organized and efficient
Capital Construction put new shingles on our roof after hail damage. Cole from Capital Construction was AWESOME to work with! He was in constant communication and stopped by throughout the day to monitor and see if there were any concerns. The crew arrived early in the morning and didn't stop until long after dark when the job was done. They cleaned up the property as well as could be expected in the dark. (We found tar paper and quite a few nails in our landscaping duing fall clean up.) The entire operation was very organized and efficient. We are still waiting for some minor patchwork inside the house where nails popped through the ceiling. All in all, we would recommend Capital Construction.
Excellent Service Again
Contacted Cole for gutter guards this spring and arranged for them to be installed this autumn before the leaves started to fall. Cole installed them as agreed and I no longer have to climb ladders several times a season to clean out the gutters! Always pleased with the service from Capital Construction!

3 Projects by Capital
We experienced excellent service by Capital Construction on 3 projects. We had hail damage replacement of our roof and then siding repair where it was damaged. This late spring we also had repair of house facia which had been damaged by a winter ice dam and replacement of gutters. This summer project was done outside of insurance. The crews were efficient, and did careful professional work. We especially appreciated the fact that there was protection of our patio, plants and furniture as well as complete clean-up after the projects were finished (i.e. no nails left on our driveway!).
Roof repair
Capital construction handled all claims and interactions with the insurance company. They did an outstanding job replacing our hail damaged roof. They cleaned up the job site efficiently and checked in afterwards regarding our satisfaction. We highly recommend Capital Construction!

I would recommend Capital Construction any time for work to be done on your roof. They were very professional in working with our insurance company, which was not easy. I needed my roof replaced after hailstorms and Capital Construction was the first place I called. I had seen their work on my neighbors’ houses and knew they would do a good job. Cole Quinnell from Capital patiently guided me every step of the way through the inspection and the long, drawn-out insurance claim phase. Once that was done, work was scheduled within the week and completed in one day. The roof looks great!

Cole and the Capital team did an excellent job from start to finish. Our siding was installed on time with solid communication throughout the project. Workers navigated tricky weather without slowing down. The finished product met our expectations and looks great. Well Done
Enjoyed working with Cole Quinnell; he kept me well informed of the planned repair timeline for roof replacement, gutter installation and painting of LP Smart Board siding. The roofing crew was very efficient, arrived at 7:00 AM and left by 4:00 PM after cleanup. My complex hip roof layout was not an easy job.
Hail damaged roof
Besides all the other craziness of the year 2020, we had two hail storms occur in the summer. Cole lives down the block from us and was able to facilitate our insurance claim from start to finish. He was able to meet the insurance adjuster twice in order to get a full roof replacement. The roofers were efficient and completed the job in a single day. Cole once again came by to ensure that the job was done correctly and complete. Thanks Cole, and thanks Capital Construction.

Our roof and siding were damaged due to a storm last year and we were having some issues dealing with our insurance company. Cole from Capital Construction stepped in and took over the process of working with our insurance company. We have always liked buying local and working with someone who lives in our neighborhood gave us peace of mind. Great Paint Job
Due to the damage caused by the April 12th hail storm, my insurance company recommended that my the LP Smart Board siding be repainted to protect its integrity. The two man painting crew contracted by Capital Construction did a professional and excellent job of taping adjacent surfaces and painting. They painted the siding, garage doors and down spouts to match the original house design color.

New Roof Done Well
Capital Construction LLC did an excellent job replacing our roof in Northfield two months ago.
