There’s a big plus to having a local outfit like Capital Construction do work for you. If things don’t turn out quite right, they’ll fix it. That’s probably not the case if your outfit is on the road from who knows where? Texas or maybe Florida? Good luck getting satisfaction. We had our roofing done by Capital after a hail storm. The pricing was competitive and communication with the project manager, excellent. I’m very happy with the new roof. There was a problem with the edging along the gutter covers, but Capital was very responsive and took care of it. I highly recommend Capital Construction.
Great Experience!
We had our shingles replaced from a storm in August. Working with Jeff was very easy and friendly! Our shingles were back ordered as many were, and Jeff kept us informed on the status and promptly got them installed when they did arrive. The crew was great and friendly, did a nice job of clean up. Overall great experience and we would highly recommend!
Quality Company With Quality Employees
We received hail damage to our roof last summer. We were in the process of selling our home. Jeff determined the amount of damage and in no time we had a new roof installed by a great crew. Capital Construction made the entire process simple, even during a move.

Roof Hail Damage
I was out of town when the hail storm happened in August, my husband was home and texted me about the storm and wondered if he should check the roof after some reports of hail damages to cars. I did a quick search on who he can call and Jeff was quick to respond to my husband and was able to check out our roof within a day I believe it was. We indeed had hail damage and the process was explained thoroughly and how to handle the insurance claim was also a breeze. Jeff went above and beyond. He made sure there were no overhanging branches from one of our trees, came out after the clean up crew to ensure there were no hidden nails or objects on the ground. We highly recommend Capital Construction!
Roof replacement
Thanks for installing a new roof on our home after hail damage in August of 2020. Jeff Rezak was your representative who came to see us and discovered we had damage which we were not even aware of. He contacted our AAA insurance company and after meeting the inspector it was determined a new roof was needed. All the necessary insurance paper work and the work permit was handled seamlessly and in a timely manner. The workers who installed our roof did a great job getting it done under some windy conditions. Our property was cleaned up nicely and the wheeled bin (the wheels were kind to our driveway) was picked up and the job was completed on time as promised. Many of our neighbors used Capital Construction and I heard nothing but positive comments.
2nd Roof Replacement with Capital
Due to 2 hail storms, and due to the professionalism and quick response of Capital Construction, I used Capital for both roof replacements. They came and inspected the roof and then lined up the Insurance Adjuster making the process easy for me. We have a large roof (40 square ft) and the roofing crew tore off the damaged roof and replaced it all in one day. Their clean up work was exemplary. Roof Replacement
We worked with Jeff after the storm in August and it was great working with Jeff. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was available to answer any questions we had via text or phone call and was always very helpful and understanding. On the day our roof was replaced the workers were polite and Jeff took the time to talk with me about the work that was being done. They were thorough in cleaning up and checking the yard. Roof Replacement--Exceeded Expectations
A highly trusted friend recommended Capital Construction for a hail damaged roof replacement. From the outset, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the repair process, materials needed, and working with the insurance company. He was professional and friendly. Jeff did a fantastic job on getting all the information and did all of the work so it was a breeze. It started when I had a chance meeting with Jeff Rezac where I asked, "Should I be contacting you to see if my roof needs to be re-done?" From that point forward, Jeff moved us through the process with tremendous care and terrific communication. I worked with Jeff and Capital Construction to replace my roof and garage doors after hail damage and to install new gutters. Jeff was great to work with throughout the whole process. Excellent work
Capital Construction was excellent to work with from start to finish. First of all, they were not “storm chasers” following the April hailstorm that necessitated our repairs; I called them based on a recommendation of them from our local Chamber of Commerce. Our project manager, Jeff Rezac, is a dream. He knows his stuff and patiently walked us through all the project details, even though I know I had some “stupid questions.” The crew was respectful, hard working and the finished product looks great. We have had passing friends and neighbors comment on how good our roof looks. We are appreciative of Jeff’s professionalism and the overall quality work by Capital Construction.

Exceptional service - roof and gutter replacement
Due to hail damage in May, I called Capital Construction to assess the damage. Jeff was on-site later that day and even came back during the assessment with insurance agent. I received excellent and timely service and updates throughout the project. Capital Construction handled all the negotiations with the insurance company which was very much appreciated. Roof replacement went well with a great crew. Jeff was always available to answer questions and respond if anything was needed! This is my 2nd experience with Capital Construction at two different homes. I highly recommend them and would definitely call again if services are needed!!
Hail storm damage
We had an extended involvement with Capital Construction because of damage to our home from two hailstorms (2020 and 2022). Jeff Rezac was our project manager and worked closely with us to get appropriate and competent repairs/replacements for our siding, gutters, downspouts, windows and eventually our roof. We had significant delays for the roofing portion of our project, but Capital, with Jeff and Cole Quinell being supportive and going to bat for us with our insurance company, was able to get the appropriate work completed for us.
