What I needed
I received quotes from 2 other companies that never showed to actually get work date set. These companies continually raised their quotes saying I needed this and that done. Capital Construction is not like the others. They quoted me a price and didn’t replace things that didn’t need to be replaced. Steve King, Justin, and others made sure I was satisfied with the work through the entire process. They were easy to get a hold of when I had a question and always answered truthfully. The crew was kind and worked so hard, even during some not-so-great weather. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

For the initial communication to follow-up after the job was completed, our experience of getting a new roof installed after a hailstorm was top-notch. The employees we interacted with were all professional and responsive. The crew did a great job, and a great clean-up. The timeline was accurate, and the large job was done in a day!
A Smooth Ride for our Roof Replacement
Our experience of working with Capital Construction and Steve K. to replace our roof after 2022 hail damage was very enjoyable. The process went very smoothly. From the initial assessment of the roof, working with the insurance adjuster and claims department, the actual roof work, to the final cleanup and paperwork, Steve did a great job of managing the many pieces of the job. The work crew did a wonderful job and left our property very clean and picked up! Thank you Capital Construction!
Replacement of roof due to hail damage

Steve at Capitol Construction was so pleasant to work with. He made sure we understood everything that was happening, from our insurance claim to choosing siding, and roof details. Steve made sure that our yard was picked up after the job was complete and that we were happy with the final products! Which in case you haven't figured out I LOVE my siding and roof combo. Went from a dull drabble tan to a beautiful Blue siding and a black roof with white contrasts!
