Bryan began at Capital Construction after getting a call from Erik Bergeson to chat about positions. Before this, he was already interesting in Capital Construction and how things operated here. It was an easy decision to accept the offer following his interview. 
Before arriving at Capital, Bryan had built quite the impressive resume. He has worked in the construction industry for 22 years, manning positions framing houses, installing deck additions, and in property management. He also on to become the director of operations for the maintenance / construction department of the same property management company.
To enjoy his free time, Bryan likes to snowmobile, golf, watch and play hockey, ping pong, and hang out with his family on the lake. His favorite part about Capital is the people he works with, and how teams are able to accomplish such impressive growth.
