Project Description
Due to storm damage, the Park Pointe Townhomes in Northfield required a major overhaul of their many properties in the early summer of 2023. Property managers approached Andy Rezac of Capital to find a solution that restores each home to its former beauty. The excellent communication from Andy led to a seamless start and finish for the project.
The roofing was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ in the color Barkwood. The next biggest change was replacing old windows. Casement windows from the Pella Lifestyle series were installed on each home, along with a stunning white trim to complement them. The siding also got minor repairs when installing the new windows.
