The residents of this 12 building, 290 unit rental property were experiencing chronic roof leaks this past winter.
After an inspection, it was clear this property needed a roof replacement.
The property management team worked with Taunee Sellers and Capital Construction to file an insurance claim and get the roof replaced.
The project was slated to take 6-8 weeks. In reality, it took 3 weeks to complete.
GAF ArmorShield II in the color Weathered Wood was installed, these are Class 4 impact resistant shingles made to protect against hail, wind, and blue algae.
