This unique home in the forrest near Farmington, MN has been renovated for a modern look.
The homeowner chose to replace the existing asphalt shingles with a metal roofing system from Central States Manufacturing, Inc. Specifically, the Central Snap product in 16 inch panels in the color Bronze.
All of the windows on the property were replaced as well. Pella Lifestyle windows with a Brown exterior finish and a Golden Oak interior finish were installed.
With the Lifestyle windows, integrated blinds are an option! The accessible blinds are tucked between glass panes and are protected from dust, pets and little hands. The blinds can be motorized to raise and lower via a remote or with a smart device using the free Pella Insynctive App. The homeowners chose the color Golden for their integrated blinds.
