When Justin first met the homeowners, their house was tan, had old windows, and was damaged from a recent storm.
Justin coordinated with the painters and the preexisting window company to fully restore this home.
To complete their exterior renovation, Justin worked with the homeowners to install a dark colored roof - GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the color Charcoal. And, to match the white painted stucco, the back of the home is now covered in Exterior Portfolio Market square vinyl siding in the color Aspen White. The combination of lap and board & batten siding helps modernize this home!
